💥🗡 SPORT IST MORD 🗡💥 (english version below ⇩) Meine Sit-Ups fühlen sich manchmal an, als würde ich meine Gedärme gebären... Kann das noch jemand bestätigen? 😁 Ich hab mich übrigens sehr über die zwei Reposts gefreut, auch wenn da einige Kritik zu meinen Instagram vs. Reality Bildern kam. “Bad photos” 🌿 You know when someone takes a photo of you and you just weren’t ready for it, or just feel like you look “bad” in it. Even if it’s a group photo, or a photo of you in a bikini at the beach with your friends, you shouldn’t have to suck in your tummy to be happy with a photo. You shouldn’t feel the need to delete a photo of a good memory where you’re doing something fun just because you feel like you look bad. We are our own worst critics. I can guarantee you don’t look as bad as you think you do. You wouldn’t say the mean things you say to yourself to your Best Friend. So why do you think it’s okay to say something like that to yourself? My body is NEVER as small as it is on the left without sucking in. And I’m not about to go walking around sucking in my tummy to the point that I can’t breathe properly just to look “smaller”. It will never be this small when I relax my body. That is okay. We see photos everywhere glorifying this idea that we need to be as small as possible to be beautiful. That’s not true. Don’t think that you need to look like someone else.
