I’m not a pro with any aspects of life, but with personal experience I can guarantee you that the key is finding balance and peace within yourself. My life has been a roller coaster physically and emotionally and I still struggle with it on some days. But as of now, I can 100% say that I am the best version of myself and I will continue to improve everyday. Nothing comes easy and nothing is free. When one door closes, another opens. You win some, you lose some and you get back up to fight again. To get to where I am mentally and physically was a challenge and trust me when I say this, YOU yourself comes first. Loving yourself, treating yourself right is the most important thing. I’ve been eating A LOT better, resting a lot more, exercising on the reg, and paying more attention to what and who that matters. The one I have to heavily emphasize on is diet. I, myself, have proven it to be 100% true that no matter how much you exercise but still injection your body with a low quality diet, will never get you to your dream physical and mental state. I know it’s lame but you are what you eat. Not preaching cuz I still do chuck some cheeseburgers and Bloody Mary’s on the reg! — just a self-reminder post of how grateful I am of everything and everyone and the milestones I’ve accomplished today.
