งานบันเทิงก็มา!!! ฟ้องมา-ฟ้องกลับ 'เสก โลโซ' ลั่น เตรียมฟ้อง10ล้าน ยันไม่ได้เบี้ยวคอนเสิร์ตจริงๆนะ

เป็นข่าวฉาวได้ไม่เว้นแต่ละวันสำหรับนักร้องชื่อดังอย่าง เสก โลโซ หลังจะที่เป็นกระแสข่าวเปิดตัวลูกชายไปเมื่ออาทิตย์ก่อน ก็มีเรื่องให้ชาวเน็ตได้ติดตามกันอีกเรื่อง

เมื่อผู้จัดคอนเสิร์ตดังในประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ได้โพสต์ข้อความผ่านเฟซบุ๊ก Ket Tlm ถึงเรื่องราวของเสก โดยระบุว่า ได้ประสานงานติดต่อให้เสก โลโซมาแสดงเป็นแขกรับเชิญของคาราบาว ซึ่งจะจัดที่เมืองแอลเอ วันที่ 13 ก.ย. และ นิวยอร์ก วันที่ 17 ก.ย. โดยติดต่อส่งเงินสำหรับการจัดทำวีซ่าให้เรียบร้อย พร้อมกับจองสถานที่จัดงาน แต่ทีมงานของเสก กลับไม่เดินทางไปทำวีซ่าแต่อย่างใด ซึ่งระบุอีก ว่า จะมีการยื่นฟ้องร้องที่ทำให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อไป

We are sure everyone had heard the rumors swirling around the Lao/Thai Rock Music Community about Sek Loso US Tour being completely canceled this time. We were part of the team that handling working visas and brought Sek Loso here back in 2011. For the last 16 years, We have handled working visas for over 150 well known Artists and their support personnel, we also booked concert tours for most of them, this is the worse and most unprofessional I have ever run into. We had invested so time, monies, energy, put our reputation and name on the line. Only for Sek Loso abruptly canceled September Dates as of August 26 and after that the entertainer announced on his facebook page that he will come as special guest performer at Carabao's Concert on September 13 in LA and September 17 in New York,but He never show up for that one, and that really cause us concerns,but we didn't let it bother us too much because we want to make this show happen for the fans that have been patiently waiting. 
At the meantime his staff gave October dates for our team to put the show back on, our team re-booked the venues and wired monies for entertainer's team to make payment for visa application fees which they went to make the payment , and we booked the visa interview for them two times, but none of the band members/support staff show up at US Embassy for visa. We knew then this show was not going to happen, but due to complicated legal reasoning from our attorney and we plan to seek legal action against the entertainer for this matters. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this might cause. Yes this confirmation that this event was canceled by entertainer. Ticket holders can obtain refunds from their point of purchase. If you purchased tickets from Eventbrite web site, it will be issued via eventbrite.com if your refunds being delays, We will ask our insurance to address your requests. For those that purchased from ticket sellers, you can contact them for your refund. For those that bought from me here in Columbus, It can meet with you later on this weekend or early next week.
