ศาลอาญาคดีทุจริตและประพฤติมิชอบพิจารณาสั่งไม่ให้ประกันตัวผู้ต้องหาทั้ง 6 ราย เนื่องจากเห็นว่าอัตราโทษสูง เกรงว่าจะไปยุ่งเหยิงกับพยานหลักฐานและข่มขู่พยาน

และกองบังคับการตำรวจนครบาล 1 มีคำสั่ง ให้ออกจากราชการไว้ก่อน ทั้ง 6 นาย

แต่อย่าเพิ่งวางใจ หลายคดียังถูกยกฟ้องได้ ต้องดูสำนวนคำฟ้อง พร้อมบัญชีพยานของอัยการด้วย ที่สำคัญต้องรอจนถึงคำพิพากษาฎีกาด้วยจึงจะวางใจได้
