ធើ្វម្ហូបជាមួយអ៊ីលីសា Cooking with Elissa My Aunty’s Prahok Sauce-ទឹកប្រហុករបស់មីងខ្ញុំ
Ingredients-គ្រឿងផ្សំ
3-4 tablespoons Cambodian fermented fish paste-ប្រហុក 3-4 ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
5-6 lemon or lime-ក្រូចឆ្មា 5-6 ផ្លែ
10-12 red chili pepper-ម្ទេសក្រហម10-12 គ្រាប់
10-12 kaffir lime leaves-ស្លឹកក្រូចសើច 10-12 ស្លឹក
2 cloves garlic-ខ្ទឹមស 2 មើម
½ cup galangal-រំដេង ½ កែវ
4 stalks lemon grass-ដើមស្លឹកគ្រៃ 4 ដើម
4 crunchy eggplants-ត្រប់ស្រួយ 4 ផ្លែ
¼ cup mint-ជីរអង្កាម ¼ កែវ
¼ cup hot mint (Cambodian mint)-ជីក្រសាំងទំហំ ¼ កែវ
3 tablespoons sugar-ស្ករ 3 ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
2 teaspoons chicken soup mix (optional)-ម្សៅស៊ុបមាន់ 2 ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ (ស្រេចលើចិត្ដ)
1 cup hot water-ទឹកក្ដៅ 1 កែវ
